THE MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING

OF THE

HASLEY HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION

May 13, 2004

 

SIGN-IN

Ellen Ford and Teressa Whitsett of LB Property Management conducted the sign-in for the Annual Meeting, commencing at 6:45 p.m.

CALL TO ORDER

The following are the Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Hasley Hills Homeowners Association held on May 13, 2004 in Santa Clarita, California. A Quorum was noted and the meeting was called to order at 7:55 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT

Donna Covert, Bob Throckmorton, Kathy Waggoner, and Dave Harris.

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT

Brian Roney.

LB PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVES

Ellen Ford and Teressa Whitsett of LB Property Management were also present.

QUORUM

Ellen Ford reported that a quorum of 51% (376) of the homeowners had not been achieved.  Ellen Ford reported that 335 ballots were received either in person or by proxy.

Ellen Ford advised that The Bylaws call for the Annual Meeting to reconvene and accept a 25% participation level to proceed with the election of officers.

The following nominees introduced themselves and gave a short profile of their qualifications:

HOMEOWNER DISCUSSION

Homeowners raised various concerns about rodent control, violation of CC&Rs and Rule and Regulations, as well as traffic enforcement.

ADJOURNMENT

The meeting adjourned at 8:15 p.m.
