MINUTES OF THE ANNUAL MEETING

June 2, 2005

Call to Order

The President called the meeting to order at 7:05 PM.

Proof of Meeting

The Manager presented the “Proof of Meeting” dated April 6, 2005. 

Verify Quorum of Owners

The Manager verified that a quorum of owners were present in person or by proxy.

Election of Directors

The President opened nominations from the floor.  There were no nominations and the candidates were asked to provide a short speech to those owners who were present.  At the conclusion of the speeches, homeowners were asked to cast their votes.  While the votes were being tabulated, a short question and answer period followed.

The President announced that Michelle Griffin and Jim DeMatte were elected to serve a two-year term of office. 

Open Forum

Several topics were discussed in open forum.  Neighborhood Watch needs additional volunteers.  The Compliance Committee, Architectural Committee, Finance Committee and Annexation Committees need volunteers. 

Adjournment

Resolution:  The meeting adjourned to a regular Board of Directors meeting at 7:45 PM.  Motion carried.
