MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

November 18, 2005

Call to Order

The President called the meeting to order at 7:10 PM.

2006 Budget

A very lengthy discussion took place regarding the proposed 2006 Budget.  The President and the Treasurer both presented proposed budgets for the Board’s review.   After some discussion regarding the financial position of the Association and some review of how the numbers were determined the Board finalized the proposed budget.

Motion:           Bob Throckmorton               Second:         Larry Totter

Resolution:   The Board approved the 2006 budget and will increase the monthly association fees to $166 per homeowner per month and adopted Funding Method #3 as presented by RSI.  Motion carried 4-1.

Adjournment

There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:39 PM.
