Approval of Minutes

Motion:  Roger Ludwig                                            Second:  Bob Throckmorton

Resolution:  The Board approved the minutes of the June 1, 2006 Executive Session and Board of Directors Meeting.

Financial Report

The Treasurer reported the reserves are current.

Committee Reports

Annexation

Mitch Green reported that 97 signatures are still needed before going to the City.

Architectural

All applications that have been turned in have been reviewed and the homeowners have been notified.

Homeowner Compliance

There were no homeowners called for a hearing in June.

New Business

ACC Guidelines

Discussion:  The Board discussed the ACC committee suggestions regarding brown gates.

Motion:  Bob Throckmorton                                                Second:  No second

There was no second to Bob’s motion to approve brown gates so the motion died.

HH001

Resolution:  The Board approved filing a lien on HH001.  Motion carried 3-0.

Resolution:  The Board approved filing a lien on HH002.  Motion carried 3-0.

Resolution:  The Board approved filing a lien on HH003.  Motion carried 3-0.

Resolution:  The Board approved filing a lien on HH006.  Motion carried 3-0.

Landscape

Penny Hansen reported on the maintenance rotation schedule for the summer and explained that many of the plants are stressed due to the extreme heat.  She asked anyone seeing vandalism taking place in the common areas to please report it immediately to management.

 There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.
