Security Specialists offers individual security services to the Hasley Hills Homeowners as shown below.
Please understand however, that the HH HOA only contracts for security services for those areas that are common.
Individually owned property, such as homes, vehicles, boats, RV's, recreation equipment etc. are the responsibility of each owner. Homeowners must be responsible for protecting their property. The HOA assumes no responsibility for those items that are homeowner's property.
Security Specialist have been hired by the HH HOA to inspect common areas and report any and all vandalism or damage to the common area properties, including slopes.
ALARM RESPONSE SERVICE
24 / 7 Armed Response Service
Our goal is to provide our clients and their families with efficient, cost effective services that present pro active solutions.
Security Specialists offers individual Armed Alarm Response Service for individual homes with special “Active Client Pricing” (up to 40 % off) that are part of an existing Home Owners Association that subscribes to our Patrol Service. If you don’t currently own an alarm system, we may assist you with having one installed. Call for more details.
What you get for signing up
Signing up with Security Specialists makes us an authorized agent of your property. Our patrol service consists of Professional, Armed Officers in Highly Marked vehicles responding to your home alarm system 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Alarm Response Service
Homeowners and business owners are more and more hiring private patrol to respond to their alarms rather than having their local police department respond. # 1, it is cost-effective. Over 90% of alarm activations are false and can constitute great fines by your police department. # 2 police response is usually delayed for an alarm activation should a higher priority call arise such as an emergency, an alarm call will be considered a lower priority which will greatly reduce police response time.
Vacation Watch / Special Service
Going on vacation, we can deploy a special service just for your home. This means, your vacant home can be visited by our Patrol Officers and physically inspected on foot each day. Officers may even remove any mail/papers left outside to a secured area.
