Hasley Hills is a prestigious 739 executive home community located just North of the Santa Clarita Valley in Castaic California. Just off of the Hasley Canyon exit of Route 5, it offers easy access to the Valencia Town Center, Castaic Lake, Six Flags - Magic Mountain, and  Lake Piru.

Our children attend Live Oak Elementary School, Castaic Middle School, and the West Ranch High School.

Construction of Hasley Hills began in 1999 and was completed in 2004.

HASLEY CANYON ROAD/INTERSTATE 5 PROJECT

NOTICE OF TRAFFIC CHANGE

The purpose of this notification is to inform you of new traffic patterns that will be implemented in December 2007.  These changes on The Old Road, from Sedona Way to Live Oak Road, will be in effect for approximately one year.  The Old Road will continue to be reduced to one lane in each direction and will be shifted to the east.  Left turns will be prohibited from the northbound The Old Road onto Sedona Way.  Inbound traffic onto Sedona Way will be prohibited.  Traffic outbound on Sedona Way will only be able to turn right (southbound) onto The Old Road.  A detour route for residents of the North Bluff community will be in place and signs posted prior to traffic pattern changes.  Everyone is encouraged to avoid the intersection of The Old Road and Hasley Canyon Road whenever possible and use alternate routes in the area.

How to control them!!

If you see gophers on HOA property please call Crown Management immediately. The HOA contracts with the County of LA to control the gophers that are on HOA property.

The county and the HOA cannot go onto your property to control the gophers. The homeowner has to contract with a local pest control company.
